For two whole days, Nacka Strandsmässan will be filled with the irresistible aroma of smoke, sizzling grills, and seriously good food. Whether you’re a seasoned pitmaster or just starting your BBQ journey, there’s something here for you.

What can you experience at the expo?
During your visit, you’ll discover the latest grills, innovative accessories, and—most importantly—taste a lot of amazing food.

Before you arrive, here are a few things to know:
Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable. But they’re not personal—so if you can’t make it, pass yours to a friend!
Time slots
We run two time slots: 12–16 and 17–21. Think of it like a movie ticket: once your slot ends, your visit is over. Arrive on time and enjoy the full show!

Bought the wrong time slot? No stress—just contact us at selma@at-event.se and she’ll help you switch.
Can i purchase on site?
Tickets may be available at the entrance, but there’s no guarantee—buy in advance to be safe.
I can’t find my ticket….
Lost your ticket? It happens. Reach out to selma@at-event.se and she’ll sort it out.
Drink coupons
We’ll have a wide range of exhibitors offering alcoholic beverages. Drinks are purchased with coupons, available at the venue.
Taste samples
Serving sizes: 1.5 cl spirits, 5 cl wine, 15 cl beer
How does the coupons work?
One booklet = 8 coupons. Each coupon is worth 30 SEK. Exhibitors set their own pricing.
Your glass is included—and yes, you get to take it home!
Can I return my coupons?
Well…. only full booklets can be refunded (receipt required).
Can I buy bottles of alcohol?
During GRILLAT, only tasting portions are available for purchase. If you’d like to order from a specific supplier, grab their contact info or talk to the organizers.
No pets
Since the majority of the expo is indoors we have a strict No Pets Allowed! Respect other visitors who might be allergic.
Children
Children are allowed but please remember that there will be a lot of alcohol and crowded aisles.
And due to many visitors at the same time, if possible – please leave your stroller at home.
Bags allowed
In June 2025, the Police lifted the bag ban and you are now allowed to bring your bag with you to the venue.
Opening hours
On both Friday and Saturday, there are two time slots: 12:00–16:00 and 17:00–21:00.
There is a one-hour break between sessions to allow all visitors to exit the venue.
Can you leave and come back?
Yes, re-entry is possible—but make sure to get a stamp from the security staff when you leave. However it is only possible during your time slot.
Cloakroom
Yes! There is a cloakroom where you can leave your jacket for a small fee.
Please note: Big bags cannot be stored in the cloakroom.
